Love the Hunan Style Stir Fried Pork. Slice pork fried with green pepper and white fungus. This dish is good to serve with steam rice. Not forgotten to mention the extremely fragrant steam rice. Love the perfect texture and flavor. Sour spicy cucumbers is not my favorite as I prefer more spicy and sour version.
