They turned up at my house door requesting a return of loan for our car rental when we did not even borrow any loan from them at all? All they brought us was an oily envelope. The letter was even put in an envelope covered in evident oil stains?
They came. With just a piece of paper without any supporting documents and expect people to pay up. Worst they can forge reciept. Bearing other company letterhead. Different UEN nos. No reciept nos. No signature and they calm it official reciept.
Not professional, even come with supporting documents, debtor doesn't pay up, what can be done, just come to debtor house with some big guys, it doesn't work in collect debt
