I engaged U-home for a recent reno I did for my new unit. A satisfied customer, overall we are satisfied with the craftsmanship & quality of the finishes. One area of excellence is the cove lights & plaster ceilings workmanship. My ID Andy was helpful, tolerant and patient. He does give improvement points where necessary and work fully with vendors to solve issues. An area of improvement is the sub-contractors - better communication & improve on giving verbal instructions on touch up / check & inspect defects with Owner before hand over. Thank you.
