Ordered on a non peak hour and it was quick. Staff was polite and even say thank you when I’m collecting my meal. Fried rice was fragrant! Yum!
System down. Cannot order directly on store. The staff said have to order online, when i tried to order online it needs the local phone number, i am a foreigner dont have any local number. The poorest store in sg
I wrongly ordered a pickup where it should be a delivery. Quickly, contact the Wok Hey Support Team (CSO) and chat with them. They were prompt to react to their customer issues. Out of goodwill, they delivered my meal right to my doorstep. Kind and emphatic service. Really appreciate!!
