very warm n comforting atmosphere, wanted to change my rook jewelry (which the owner did very professionally and cleanly, with numbing spray etc for utmost comfort) felt comfortable enough to do a conch piercing (10/10 smooth n alm painless bc numbing spray was provided) very professionally done. will come again :)
