I won't recommend this apartment as you need to walk about 15 mins before you can reach the eateries or the main control station of Kovan MRT. Moreover the bedrooms are rather small. If you are facing the pool, then your neighbours in the opposite block of this development can literally see what you are doing in your house. No privacy.
