Went today to enquire about ballet classes for my daughter. The woman in the front desk was so rude . When i asked her “would like to know the classes and fee structure “ she jusy shouted at me saying “i dunno know”. …
Bad admin services and unreasonable terms and conditions that doesn't allow any flexibility on make up classes and withdrawal. Learning experience not impressive nor exceptional. No observation allowed even for toddler/nursery age. Prepare to pay your money for nothing.
Though it states Ballet, my son signed up for hip hop classes on Saturdays which he enjoys.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The fee structure was unclear and when I asked for more information, the woman at the front desk shouted at me. Not a pleasant experience at all.
The terms and conditions of the ballet school were very strict and inflexible. They don't allow any make up classes or withdrawals, even with valid reasons. The learning experience was mediocre and not worth the high fees.
My daughter's ballet class was supposed to start at 4pm, but we had to wait for almost half an hour because the previous class ran late. It was very frustrating and unprofessional.
