Absolutely poor reviews. Staff arbitrarily merged lines and gave others "priority" without any explanation. Passport check was super slow. No extra counters were set up. Spending two to three hours standing in customs with luggage in tow. What a super bad impression of Singapore.
very slow motion, most slowest and worst customs department of Asia, not recommend, if i can rate it no star it should be.
Long Q when enter Singapore from Cruise, almost 2 hours Q. Very slow motion and long waiting time.
