Not inviting and as the thought of singing already felt exhausting with the mask on as regulations are now open up. So instead of going in without our masks, we called in after we walk pass the branch. Asking on the phone if need to wear masks and the staff replied with a "yes". Not going in, Google says last appointment 7.30pm but someone opens the door. In the end the staff message us to go in without masks. A bit confused if we required to bring the mask. Should have tell us earlier when we called in and staff answer need to wear masks. Padawan says staff fail. Is best to go there in person and look for the staff on the spot.

The karaoke rooms were spacious and comfortable. The sound system was top-notch and the song selection was impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Overall, it was a great karaoke experience.
