A few years back, I accompanied my dad to have an eye check because of blurred vision, as referred from our neighbourhood polyclinic. After that visit here, we were already telling ourselves that we will NEVER come back again due to poor customer service and long waiting time. The staff were not friendly and seemed disinterested in helping us. The facilities were not well-maintained and the overall experience was unpleasant. I would not recommend NUH Eye Centre.
