Very good welcome and very supportive. Important, if you need something go to the back of the store and ask the manager Mr BT Lee, he is the guy to talk to.

Very good customer service and advice by William and his colleagues. Managed to get my steel pipe on the same day that I ordered at the shop. Well done!
