Visited for a test drive. Accessing level 3 and the actual store was confusing but it could just be me being a dolt. Staff were polite and answered a ton of questions, allowed me to test drive the PABs I was interested in. Two thumbs up for the overall experience.
poor after sale service. gear shifting issue after a week of ownership and sale guy claimed without proof that we abused the bike. took a week to fix issue which still persists till today. cassette and chain after fixing were dirty and oily which we have to clean. purchase at your own risks.
