Last June/July 2022,While I was taking the exam, my mask was loose and droop a little.Out of nowhere, a middle-aged Chinese lady working at the center shouted at me to fix my mask immediately (she shouted from across the room). I found her reaction to be excessive and unnecessary. It disrupted my concentration and made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that incident, the testing center was adequate and the staff were helpful.
Took CFA exam here, experience was good, the staffs are helpful and patient, not many people having exams here so it was more quiet than the downtown one. The place is not difficult to find and the cubicles provide good privacy. I didn't feel distracted during the exam.
