The boss itself is very unprofessional and rude. She takes weeks to respond. And when you reply, she take another few weeks to respond. So it will probably take a whole year just to complete a normal enquiry message with her. The company staff also has very bad attitude. Try calling them to see for yourself. Job done poorly.
