On the particular day I left my phone somewhere there, the day I went for my second time to buy an extension wired. In addition I had renewed as a member of the challenger, Thus. I told the cashier lady that I lost my phone, but she didn't seem interested or helpful at all. She told me to go to the Lost and Found counter, which was not very far from the cashier counter. But when I arrived there, the guy at Lost and Found also didn't seem interested. I told him my situation and asked if anyone had handed in a phone, and he just told me to fill out a form and leave my contact information. It seemed like they were just going through the motions and not actually trying to help me. I was very disappointed with their lack of customer service.
