Lovely showroom but sales person there was terribly unknowledgeable and gave me wrong information. She said all the ovens heat to a maximum heat of 250 degrees celsius, which isn't true. She then asked me to check on-line when I asked her for more information about the capacity of the oven and the door thickness.

The rating is not for the showroom but it’s for the product. If I could I would give zero. Our condo came with SMEG refrigerator and it was not even a year we had issues with loud grinding noise from the fridge and because it was within a warranty period, we contacted SMEG warranty department expecting them to solve the issue immediately, but we got trash customer service. They took 7 days to respond and another 10 days to get the technician out. Their technician completely scratched the fridge with their tools, leaving scratch marks all over the front. Worst experience with SMEG!
