Served by a grumpy old man who does not know his job. Asked me to fill up online form and kept telling me that I must do myself. Ended up not sending my parcels as those forms really are not meant for layman like me. Very user UNFRIENDLY. …

Agreed with some other reviewers that the staff ( especially the elderly man) at the suntec branch is super unhelpful. Instead of helping customers he is trying to push all the work into customers like doing a self declaration on our phone. …

Today, at 11am, I was served by an elderly man who had an attitude. He was curt and had an unpleasant manner. Please train your front-liners to have basic courtesy and understand what service is about.
