Staff "keeping car for their own use" and won't rent to walk-in. Probably because I am only renting for 1 day. The staff said she will check and call back but did not do so, and when I showed up at the counter, gave excuses and bad attitude. Don't rent from them! Absolute shambles.
Excellent experience, rented for only a day, helpful service and car was in excellent condition. Experience slightly spoiled by a french lady tourist who was really impatient with the service staff.
