Friendly staffs, convenient location. Only fan, no aircon outlet.

An old man carrying a lot of bags walked in without wearing a mask n was told by a save distancing staff to put on a mask. Although he put it on, it was not covering his nose and he proceeded to buy his lottery tkts. The staff should penalized him by not attending to him until he wears the mask properly!

Prominent and convenient, queue can get pretty long but move pretty fast if all counters are open during peak periods.
