Attended all the different classes and enjoyed each one of them. The instructors are knowledgeable and the atmosphere in the studio is very welcoming.

I chanced upon MotionWerkz whilst searching for a solution to strengthen my legs as I was experiencing pain in my knees navigating stairs. Within 6 months of 1-2 times a week of Gillian's classes, the pain had lessened significantly and now I can climb stairs without any problems.
The value for money is excellent. The membership packages are reasonably priced and the classes are worth every penny. I have seen a great improvement in my flexibility and overall health since joining MotionWerkz.
The wait time for classes is minimal. I have never had an issue with overcrowded classes or not being able to get a spot in the class I want to attend. The reservation process is also very smooth and easy.
