Very kind and caring staff who take their time to ensure that the perception and fit of glasses is perfect. Made excellent suggestions as to what frames would suit me best and informed me if discounts available. Call out to Kai Sit and Marcus for assisting me so well.

Very poor service and follow up care. Paid for an expensive frame and the nose piece came off. The staff said this is not covered by guarantee and asked me to ask my friend to solder it back, said the shop cannot do it. He said he will see …

Very good service! Professional support from specialist to get me the perfect lenses! They are extremely patient and never rushed me to take a final decision until I was happy. They even made adjustments to the lens of the spectacle after wearing them for 1 week. Excellent communication also. Great range of products. Highly recommend.
