Wonderful and efficient service. Within 48 hrs, all of documents were notarized in Singapore dept. and legalized in embassy. I called to book appointment prior arrival and pick up. Therefore no waiting time. Mr.Kong was helpful and patient to explain me all the work process. I am satisfied with the service.

This is a one person shop. He overbooks (double and triple books) his appointments. He does not have an office so all of his business is done right in the lobby for everyone else to hear. He usually has two or three other clients waiting at a time and we all get to listen to each other's business.
