Overall, I had a good experience with Siam Express. The staff were friendly and helpful in assisting me with my travel plans. The prices were also reasonable and the itinerary was well-planned. The only downside was that there were some delays in the ferry schedule, but the agency did their best to accommodate us. I would recommend them to others.
