Less people on weekdays noon, friendly staff. Always prefer this outlet then others! They do have a promotion ongoing now, 2 pax set meal gives you a free single pax set. Free flow condiments and drinks at $1++ per pax with a ice cream.
Nice variety of food. Reasonable price compared to the overrated overpriced haidilao. Plus I can get free stuffed toys after every meals. Pretty fast service and helpful staffs. The only bad thing is long queue esp during weekend.
My first time eating Shi li fang and I had a good experience at this outlet cos service is prompt + the 2 ladies on duty are really friendly! Both the mala soup & collagen soup are yummy (just that I did get v thirsty after the meal too ????) …
