I am currently staying here and I have found a bunch of long black hairs on the shower wall while showering. My hair is red. To think this is a 5 star hotel with such dirtiness. I got upgraded to a dirty room with a tile in the shower not even glued down and hurt my toe. Would not recommend. Very disappointing. Stay elsewhere.
Place is so nice and feels home can’t wait to come back again sooner.
