Reasonable pricing, prompt installation. Progressive payment system. Nothing major to fault. Took away one star because their point of contact told my contractor to install a LAN point at the inverter, but in the end I was told it wasn’t necessary.

My project was delayed due to the pandemic but Rezeca R were on top of the progress and ensured I had all the prerequisite equipment installed before actual commissioning. They were patient in explaining and advising us on how the system works and responded promptly in resolving any issues or queries I had after installation. The after-sales support has been commendable as well. Definitely worth recommending!

Still some areas of improvement for their process need to be looked into, but for their fair and sincere recovery, we revisited and adjusted our rating and therefore our recommendation. They are just a company that need some further improvements in their process.
