Shop was supposed to close at 5pm today. Because we are travelling from Jurong. We did our due diligence to call them and confirm that they are only closing at 5pm. A lady answered said 4.50pm last, fine we can accept that, they probably didn't express it correctly. Manage our time such that we reached at 4.45. Shop was locked up, and the same lady were exiting the premises. We asked her about their closing time, she replied curtly that they have closed for the day, and totally ignored us and walked away. Not a single word of apology whatsoever, and she conveniently ignored the fact that we called to check a few hours ago, and she was the one that spilled the closing time.
