Front tyre rotation was wrong. Went to Primero to change tyres/wheel balacing since there were so many positive reviews. However, they rotated the front tyre in the wrong direction, causing my bike to vibrate at high speeds. Had to go back to get it fixed.

The boss is a friendly guy with good attitude and customer service, but he was busy with other customers, so he assigned one of his technicians to service my bike. The technician poured all 1 liter of engine oil into my oil sump, even though the correct amount is only 800ml. This caused oil leaks and I had to go back to get it fixed. Not happy with the technician's incompetence.
