Food was overall not bad, but very disappointed that the minced crab meat ball didn’t taste of crab and had a lot of prawn in it. (It should at least taste more like crab than prawn when it cost $60 for only eight pieces.) The signature Teochew dumpling was good though, with its fragrantly fried pork, mushrooms and chives filling.

The freshness and quality of food is not as great as compared to other branch. The beef has a stagnant smell and it does not has a great texture as compared to raffles town club Chinese restaurant and imperial Peking at paragon. The dim sum …

Upscale Teochew restaurant with large windows. Exorbitant prices but very small portions. Felt shortchanged. 蝦棗 prawn ball was too moist and way overpriced for the quality. 潮州蠔仔烙 was too oily. The only saving grace was the “satay” sauce stir fried beef in kailan. Beef was chunky and tender.
