Prime elevator came to the rescue! Mr Saravana is very professional, knowledgeable and honest in business, not to forget that he is also punctual. We met at an unusual situation during COVID period, but why I said he came to the rescue, is because he is very honest and helpful when we went to some issues with the old lift from previous contractor. Lift has breakdown and we don’t really know what’s the best approach, but lucky that we came across Prime Elevators contact through Mr Siva. He examined the lifts and give us a very systematic assessment on what needs to be done. We trust his judgement as he is from a very reputable elevator brand. Sure enough when he carry out the rectification work. Lift has been functioned ever since and we now have a contractor we can trust. Thank you Prime Elevators. Keep up with your good work!
