For a 5+ years old condominium at the time of writing this, it's a relatively well managed establishment. From the moment entering the condo, through to when I left, the condo had a very strong family vibe. 900+ units across the entire complex gave it a real sense of community and a good mix of people, nationalities, and ages. There are excellent facilities - 3x pools (kids, family and a real lap pool with big lane markers), 2x indoor gyms, and 2x tennis courts. And although not the cream of the crop, they are very very good - in great condition and cleaned daily.
Fantastic condo with great facilities. The gym has all the equipment you need, there are 2 tennis courts and lots of trees for shade. There is also a new playground and 3 different pools. The apartments themselves are spacious and well laid out. It is also close to the MRT and bus stops which makes it easy to get around. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to live!
