I started my journey with PHS bedok since 2018 with scalp treatment and they have been very professional and meticulous in taking care of my scalp needs. My treatment was paused during covid. In early 2022, due to unknown health or mental issues, my hair started dropping out more than usual and my scalp became even thinner. During those trying times, PHS was very patient in addressing my concerns and even provided treatments that were aimed at tackling my conditions. This dedication to their clients is truly commendable.
Overall experience was extremely enjoyable and all the consultants were very friendly. Felt very welcomed by the consultants when i walked into the boutique. They patiently explained and answered all my queries regarding the treatment and products. Also provided me with tips on how to take care of the scalp. The treatment was relaxing that I fell asleep most of the time.

Very nice experience as the consultants here are friendly and professional. They recommended the suitable treatment for me after checked my scalp thoroughly and were very patient in explaining the process to me. I can feel the improvement of my scalp and hair after each session of treatment. I am impressed.
