The buses are generally clean and drivers are quite friendly. However, don't expect to have your bus come earlier (unless you have the driver's personal contact) as they will charge more just to relay your request to the driver. Absolutely inefficient and definitely not customer-centric.
Don't understand the way their customer service / sales to do their job. It seems not clear in all aspect, very difficult to make appoinment for viewing the bus, even they dont know their own bus schedule. Not recommended at all.
