Been grooming with Jasmine for a few years. And recently also just visited their outlet in Bedok. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to advice on matters like diet and hygiene. Highly recommend the Bedok and simei outlets.

Pet master is my first stop for pet supplies and every visit is very enjoyable. Both Lemon and Michelle are very professional, sincere, patient and goes the extra mile. They are like my personal pet consultant(s) whom I can always count on and I appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Was not impressed with the quality of products at Pet Master Bedok. The dog food I purchased seemed stale and expired. The store was also quite overcrowded and it was difficult to navigate around with my dog. The staff seemed disinterested in helping me and were not knowledgeable about the products. Would not recommend this store.

Waited for over 30 minutes at the grooming salon despite having a scheduled appointment. The staff did not communicate with me about the delay and made no effort to apologize or rectify the situation. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and will not be returning.
