I got my hamster from them. Fantastic selection of products to choose. Staff are very friendly and generous in giving me advices and recommendations on how take care of my cute “hammie”. It is a very clean shop (no pee smell!) and spacious. Shopping experience for my pet is superb in this outlet.

Came here at 21:40, and the staff told me the transaction was closed so couldn’t sell anything!!!??? The Google says it closes at 10pm??? If the shop doesn’t want sell anything after 21:30, please amend your open hours! DO NOT mislead any customer who needs dogs things urgently!!!!
