Great food, tasted the same as Serene Centre days but the price increased a lot. The duck confit used to be $22 in 2020, now it's $38. Ambience wise, I could hear karaoke bar music pounding even though the owner tried to drown it out with background music. Service wise, the owner was a one-man show that day and it was difficult to get his attention and I didn’t really feel welcomed. I understand the anxiety of making a dining space COVID-ready but it's no fun ushering a fresh group to queue outside in the rain for the sake of spacing out. The outdoor seats were wet and dirty, as the owner tried to get fresh air into the restaurant. I also left the restaurant smelling like food as it is really an open concept.

I recently had dinner at La Petite Cuisine and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. I particularly enjoyed the beef bourguignon and the homemade tiramisu. Highly recommended!
