I must commend that the class was very insightful and Wendy was such a great teacher! My husband and I enjoyed the course and felt more prepared for childbirth after attending it. Wendy was knowledgeable, patient and approachable, and she provided us with a lot of useful information and practical tips. The course covered a wide range of topics including pregnancy, labor and delivery, postnatal care, breastfeeding and newborn care. The information provided was comprehensive and up-to-date. We also had the opportunity to practice various breathing and relaxation techniques which will be helpful during labor.
