220pm , no one in the counter , stick a poster "Be patient" !! Waited for 20mins all vendors Q up but no one here. 1 lady staff sit inside the office , but don't care !? What type of service is this ?
Bad service to return an offloaded luggage from London since monday. Each time we call it takes 40 mins to be answered by call centre. Despite the urgency to deliver the bag which consists daily medicine Dnata services does not respond to our immediate request. Hope management will take action on the operations procedures
