I booked my Singapore trip with Nam Ho DMC and had a terrible experience. The staff members were rude and lacked basic courtesy towards their customers. They showed no patience in waiting for us to come out of the airport and the driver even threatened to leave without us. Additionally, their on-the-ground staff in Singapore were equally as unhelpful and lacked proper hospitality training. I was extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
