He was so warm upon my arrival and immediately checked in with me about my condition, what I did (which was crucial as my issues were very much linked to my desk job), and what I was looking to achieve. He used a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching techniques to provide relief and release tension from my neck and shoulders.
