The doctors here are great but the staff on the other hand could be better. My close friend’s grandma had to see the doctor so she called the clinic and let them know her symptoms and if she could book an appointment. The staff then told her that she couldn't book an appointment unless she came in-person to the clinic. It was frustrating for her and made the whole process more difficult.
Dr Chong is the best doctor since I'm young till now, age of 50. He is always patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns. He thoroughly explains my condition and treatment options. I trust his medical expertise and would highly recommend him.
