Very good customer service. Sheryl Ng did a thorough eye examination for me. She is very patient and sincere. Her assistant is polite too. Price is cheap/reasonable.
Obstinate and inflexible optician. Horrible experience. The optician thinks of himself as so self-righteous. Never deal with such people before and never again will i step into the shop. Go at your own risk.
My first time experienced such stupidity... just a normal optometrist or maybe just a counter staff then can simply judge that your eyes are having infection with contact lens so cannot sell lens to you. Indeed, the mild redness was just due to morning wakeup’s rubs. I wish all the best to your business with such service.
