I had a terrible experience with Motorway Car Rentals. I rented a car online and paid in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, they said they didn't have the model I booked available. They offered me a different, older model which I didn't want. I asked for a refund and it took me two weeks of chasing them to get my money back. The website also does not accurately reflect the available inventory. I would not recommend this company.
