Straightforward- transparent which is really very important. Patient on the consultations and draws a clear line between a temporary repair countermeasure vs a permanent repair ( correct ) countermeasure. Professional workshops should be fixing technical issues and not budget issues predominantly but seems the trend is not bucking.

I have being sending my C200K to service at Auto Spritze for the last 12 years. Good quality, reliable people and honest pricing. Just completed a regular servicing recently and am very satisfied. This time, I also asked them to do interior cleaning and exterior polishing. The result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

I brought in my C118 CLA180 for a front grille replacement today and was extremely pleased with the professionalism showed by the team at Auto Spritze. Dennis is such a personable and great owner and he really went out of his way to ensure i was satisfied with the service provided. 10/10 would recommend!
