Not sure why it is alright for clinic to get patients to stand outside to wait their turn. This is even after you had made appointment. There is no chairs outside and the afternoon sun can be unforgiving. …

In my last visit (Nov 2022) doctor voluntarily offered to not prescribe drugs which he thought wasn't necessary at the time. Really appreciate this as we all know how costly medications can be. Highly recommended for a reliable and ethical doctor.

Not sure why it is alright for the clinic to get patients to stand outside to wait their turn. This is even after you had made an appointment. There are no chairs outside and the afternoon sun can be unforgiving. It would be better if they can provide some seating arrangement or at least inform the patients beforehand that they will have to stand outside.
