However, instead of removing the silicon and re-applying, they would touch up by applying another layer of silicon, which made it even worse. Had since given up contacting them...
Despite seller's response was rude & unprofessional, Dealing and Installation was smooth at first. Fast forward, comes to flaw which in this case, the privacy film was done wrongly and caused trouble for re-application. The third time they got it right. But, I was told to bear any responsibility in the future if door do not work well. And I need to release full payment before installation delivery. So, think TWICE before hire them.
