Want to buy whole salmon, don't know how to choose. Took guess on 1st one. Staff weigh, print price label. He checked fish, noticed 'defect'. Helped to choose 2nd fish. Next staff showed me 'defect' when cutting fish. Helped me choose 3rd. NTUC have very honest and dedicated staff. Giving best service though very busy. Very impressed.
Nothing is perfect, but this supermarket has always been moving towards improving its environment and services. You can find quite an array of different products, and you definitely have the option of getting the best that you want.
