Called their phone number. Alice answered the call and apparently did not understand that they sell plants. I was looking for a plant called Monk fruit. It did not seem like she was familiarwith their own inventory.

Waited for 30 minutes before being served. I had made a reservation but it seemed like they forgot about it. Not a great start to my experience.
The quality of the plants I bought here is top-notch. They have a wide variety and they are all very healthy and well-maintained.
The initial impression of the place is not very impressive. It looks kind of rundown and there is no clear indication of where the entrance is.
The prices here are quite reasonable for the quality of plants. They also offer discounts for bulk purchases.
