Cheng San Market & Cooked Food Centre reviews
Experiencing eating like the locals Singaporen. Spoiled with wide Singaporen favourite food selection from more than 10 hawkers stalls. After dining, diners need to pass up the tray of plates, chopsticks/fork/spoon & glasses to the staff
We visited the Cheng San Market mostly for this chicken rice. I think it’s the best I've ever had anywhere. The chicken is juicy and tender, I love this chilli dip (not sure but I tasted lime in the dipping sauce..? it washes an oily taste in my mouth straight away so I can enjoy more chicken????) and the potion is quite big too …
Good place to eat some porridge with all the flavourful dishes such as steamed red garoupa, vegetables, fish cakes, fried chicken balls, hairy gourd, bitter gourd, kai lan, tofu etc
