Recently, I shifted into a new condo and I've noticed some uneven dents that appeared in a new De Dietrich appliance. I contacted their after-sale service in Singapore and they were prompt in addressing the issue. They sent a technician to fix the dents and the appliance looks as good as new now. Overall, I am satisfied with the after-sale service.
We had De Dietrich fridges and a dishwasher installed in our kitchen. However, we were disappointed with the quality of these appliances. Within three years of use, one of the fridges and the dishwasher broke down. When we called customer service, they informed us that it would cost $1,500 to replace the compressor. We feel that for the high price we paid for these appliances, the quality should have been better.
I recently switched from using a gas hob to an induction hob from De Dietrich. The team at De Dietrich, especially Royce the sales assistant, were very helpful in guiding me through the different models and explaining the benefits of induction hobs. The transition was smooth and I am enjoying using my new De Dietrich induction hob.
